n-Butyl cyanoacrylate (also known as embuyl acrylate) is a low-toxicity, highly biocompatible medical instant adhesive that rapidly solidifies into a protective film within seconds upon contact with water or bodily fluids. It is commonly used as a medical tissue adhesive for surgical hemostasis, suturing, and closing of surgical incisions on the body surface.

Product Application

Used to prepare hemostatic adhesives for surgical hemostasis and suturing. Mixed with carbolic acid, it is used in male vas deferens occlusion sterilization surgery.

Optimal Temperature: Unopened products are recommended to be stored in the refrigerator at 2℃~8℃ to maintain optimal storage stability and activity.
Warming Up: Before use, the bottle must be allowed to slowly warm to room temperature. Do not heat directly, otherwise moisture from the air will condense inside the bottle, causing the adhesive to harden prematurely and become ineffective.
Sealing and Moisture Protection: After use, squeeze out excess adhesive from the nozzle and tighten the cap. It is recommended to store with the original moisture-proof bag to prevent moisture from entering.
Cool and Dark Storage: Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated environment, avoiding direct sunlight.
Keep Away from Incompatible Materials: Do not store with water, strong acids, strong alkalis, oxidants, or amines to avoid violent polymerization reactions.
