Isooctyl cyanoacetate is an organic compound, usually a colorless and transparent liquid. It is a key intermediate in the synthesis of α-cyanoacrylate fast-drying adhesives (such as 502 glue), and an important raw material for fine chemical products such as pharmaceuticals and dyes. It is used in the manufacture of vitamin B6, herbicides, and pesticides.
